What's the purpose of this community?
This website was established to connect people in an organized fashion. Social media is amazing and I have made several of my recent car connections through IG and some over Facebook. It’s great for research and ideas, however not so great at Selling a car.
This site was born out of the necessity to make selling simpler, while maintaining the human aspect of it. We’re focused in and around New England so that the majority of our buyers can see the cars they’re going to purchase before committing.
We assure an easy, trustworthy, transparent, cost-effective and fun way to sell your car! A car community with like-minded individuals for the mid-market collector with a collection well under the $250k of market value.
Which types of cars can I list here?
I’m a VAG guy myself, so that is one of a few primary focus areas. As of this writing I have 5 vehicles, they are all German automobiles. I don’t want to exclude manufacturers, but at this time you’ll see I have it limited only to the following list. If we need others, we can add them. The idea is to procure a list of well-known, “everyday” type of automobile manufacturer, but have them be unique in the sense that they are all enthusiast curated and will be extremely thorough and transparent in the story that they tell…something I think other auctions miss the mark on at times.
There is exact vehicle value we are trying to focus on, however the collector will find itself to have a collection valued at $250k or less to really find our niche services of interest to them.
“Acura”, “Audi”, “BMW”, “Chevrolet”, “Chrysler”, “Dodge”, “Ford”,
“Honda”, “Hyundai”, “Jeep”, “Kia”, “Lexus”, “Mercedes-Benz”,
“Nissan”, “Porsche”, “Subaru”, “Toyota”, “Volkswagen”
Why is this any better than using existing outlets to sell my vehicle?
As the site grows, the visibility will also grow.
In addition, we will be cross-posting heavily across our social media channels and other Make/Model forums, IG accounts, websites and other methods to drive eye-balls.
The other advantage is the preparation and the Pre-Purchase inspection services. If you opt-in to this service it adds to your overall spend with us to achieve commission discounts and helps our dealer network.
The Pre-Purchase inspections are a cost-center for us and they are what makes us unique. The $99 is typically the rate we pay at the service center and so all we are doing here is standardizing the results as well as offering them transparently to the buyers.
This is what sets us apart…so what are you waiting for? Take your Next Exit!
What does it cost to Sell?
Listing your car for sale is free.
When sold, a 5% commission is owed by the Seller. If you choose to leverage our service-network of Pre-Purchase Inspections, Wash & Preparation and/or Professional Photography, we reduce your commissions further.
Remember, the entire concept is transparency and value. We know you may not have the time to prep for sale, so we handle that in a cost conscious way and still allow you to make your sale.
What is the commission structure?

Rates updated as of October 2025.
Can I cross-post my vehicle?
Yes, you can. We only ask to be transparent and mention on the post “offered by nextexit.com”
Which regions of New England do you operate in?
Our focus area is New England. With that said, we have the capability as of today to pick-up cars in RI, Eastern MA and Southern NH.
As we expand, we will be able to cover more territory. Until then, we’re committed to finding a way to help you sell your car; so don’t hesitate to contact us.
How long is the Auction Duration and are all listings auctions style?
I can envision some listings to just be that, listings – but it will depend on your needs. Overall, I think an auction is more fun.
Auctions are standard at 7-Days, 10-Days or 30-Days. Typically, if you’re a collector like us you don’t need to move the vehicle that quickly. If you’re really not in a rush you can park your car here as long as you want and see what happens. The more traffic we drive to the site, the better off for all involved.
How long does it take to list my vehicle?
We can launch your listing fairly quickly. It depends on whether you want the Pre-Purchase inspection, Wash/Prep and Photography to be done by us. Typically, I would say 3-5 business days.
Other similar services take a typical 2-week minimum to list vehicles. We are white-glove and will handle things as efficiently as possible without losing the integrity and transparency of the listing.
How much is Bidder Registration?
Bidder registration is $39 for 3 months or $59 for a period of 6 months.
Purchasing a vehicle is a flat 2% commission of the final sale price. We accept Credit Card, PayPal or Stripe.
